What we collect
Contact details, personal details, passport details, a copy of your passport photo page, and the information and documents needed for the service you request.
Who can see it
Your passport photo page, passport number, live photo, and any overstay or prison clearance details are visible only to authorised committee officers. They are never visible to other members or to anyone else. Every view of these records is logged.
How it is used
Only to process your request and to communicate with you and, where needed, the Embassy. Your passport and overstay details are never sent to any automated assistant.
Retention and deletion
When an account is closed, it is deactivated rather than erased, so that a record of actions taken is kept. Retention periods will be stated here.
