Service: Lost or Damaged Passport
About this service
For members whose passport has been lost, stolen, or damaged and who need a replacement.
What the association does
The committee reviews your police report and supporting documents and helps you prepare the replacement application to the Embassy.
What you'll need
- Police report from the Lao police (for lost or stolen passports)
- The damaged passport, if you still have it
- A copy of the old passport data page, if available
- Two recent passport photographs, white background
- National Identification Number (NIN)
